Flight reservations, visa support and tailored travel planning

Tours and travel packages

We do not sell fixed departure products off a shelf. Each package below describes how we build that kind of trip, then it is priced and assembled around your dates, budget and the people travelling.

Package categories

Six ways we put a trip together

Every category is quoted individually. What follows is what the service includes, not an itinerary and not a price list.

How a package is built

From first conversation to departure

Packages are assembled in a fixed order so nothing is priced before it is understood. You see the cost broken down, not bundled into a single unexplained figure.

1. Brief

We establish the purpose of the trip, who is travelling, the dates that are fixed and the ones that can move.

2. Shape

We propose a routing and structure for the trip, including where a stopover or a different departure day would work better.

3. Quote

You receive a written, itemised quotation. Flights, accommodation, transfers and any service charge are listed separately.

4. Documentation

We confirm what each traveller needs, including visas, transit requirements and validity rules on passports.

5. Confirm

Only once you approve the quotation do we issue tickets and confirm reservations, and you receive the documents in writing.

Before you enquire

What to expect

Why are no package prices listed

A package price depends on the season, the number of travellers, the room configuration, the airline availability on your dates and the standard of accommodation you want. A single advertised figure would be true for almost nobody, so we quote each enquiry on its own terms.

Can a package be flights only, or accommodation only

Yes. Nothing here is bundled by obligation. If you only need the flights, request an airfare quotation. If you have flights already and need the ground arrangements, tell us and we will quote for those alone.

How far ahead should a group booking start

Earlier is better for groups, because seat availability at a single fare level is the constraint rather than the fare itself. Religious and educational travel that falls in a peak season needs the longest lead time. Contact us with your intended dates and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.

Do you handle travel documents as well

We provide guidance on the documentation a destination requires and help you prepare supporting travel paperwork. We do not decide visa outcomes, and no agency can guarantee that an application will be approved. Any claim otherwise should be treated with suspicion.

Next step

Tell us about the trip

Describe who is travelling, roughly when, and what the trip is for. We will come back with a structure and an itemised quotation.
