Some of this is treated as sensitive information and we collect it only where it is necessary to arrange the travel you have asked for.
Payment information
Where payments are processed, they are handled through the payment provider or bank concerned. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes on this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working correctly.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we hold to:
- Prepare and send the quotation you requested
- Make and manage reservations with airlines, hotels and other suppliers
- Provide guidance on visa and travel documentation requirements
- Contact you about a booking, including changes made by a supplier

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Lawful basis for processing
We process personal information on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract. To arrange the travel services you have asked us to provide.
- Consent. For newsletter subscriptions and for any sensitive information you provide in connection with your trip. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation. To meet accounting, tax, immigration and aviation requirements that apply to us or to our suppliers.
- Legitimate interests. To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve the service we provide, where doing so does not override your rights.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. This website is built to work without advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
Cookies this site may use
- Strictly necessary. Set by the hosting platform to deliver pages securely and to protect forms against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Preference storage. Where used, this remembers choices you have made, such as a dismissed notice, so you are not asked repeatedly.
Third party cookies
Embedded content, such as a map on the contact page, is provided by a third party which may set its own cookies. That content is governed by the provider's own privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to serve the font files.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site from working.
Note for the site owner. If analytics, advertising or remarketing tools are added later, a consent banner will be required in many jurisdictions, and this section must be updated to name each tool and its purpose.
6. Third party services
To deliver travel services we necessarily share the information required to complete your booking with:
- Airlines and their reservation systems
- Hotels, ground transport operators and other travel suppliers
- Global distribution systems and airfare consolidators used to issue tickets
- Embassies, consulates and visa processing centres, where you have asked for visa assistance
- Payment processors and banks
- Our website hosting provider and email service provider
- Professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, where required
We share only what is necessary for the specific purpose. Where a supplier is located in another country, your information will be transferred there in order to deliver the travel you have booked. That transfer is a necessary part of arranging international travel.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, including to immigration and border authorities.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet legal obligations.
- Quotation enquiries that do not lead to a booking. Retained for a limited period so we can follow up, then deleted.
- Booking and financial records. Retained for the period required by accounting and tax law in our jurisdiction.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Retained until you unsubscribe.
Note for the site owner. Replace the descriptions above with the actual retention periods once they are set, for example twelve months for enquiries and six years for financial records, according to local law.
8. How we protect information
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to booking records is limited to staff who need it to do their work. Passport and payment details are handled only in connection with the booking they relate to.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send full passport scans, card numbers or other sensitive documents through an unsecured channel unless we have asked you to and explained how to do it safely.
9. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure of your information, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it
- Restriction of how we process your information in certain circumstances
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests
- Portability, meaning a copy of information you gave us in a commonly used format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Complain to the data protection authority in your country
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information.
Please note that erasing information attached to an active booking may make it impossible to deliver the travel you have arranged, and some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children. Where a booking includes a minor, we collect their details from the responsible adult making the arrangements, and we use those details only to complete the travel booking.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
